<strong>产品经理</strong><br />
<br />
工作职责：<br />
1. 制定并持续优化所负责产品的管理规范与流程。<br />
2. 负责产品需求搜集和梳理，对客户需求进行归纳和分解，确定产品需求；对产品需求质量负责<br />
3. 在充分了解市场及客户需求的前提下，定义和设计产品。<br />
4. 负责产品版本规划，组织并协调团队成员（包括需求、UI设计、研发、测试、QA、客户、实施等）依据计划按时完成产品版本开发和发布，对产品版本质量与进度负责。<br />
5. 在把握业务发展方向、了解市场、了解用户需求前提下进行产品功能优化，包括新功能设计。<br />
6. 指导需求管理工程师完成需求调研、需求分析、需求评审需求确认等工作；为需求管理工程师的需求分析工作提供思路与方法指导。<br />
7. 负责产品的生命周期管理。<br />
8. 协助产品委员会进行研发中心产品线的发展规划及新产品、新领域的规划。<br />

<br />
任职要求：<br />
1，本科及以上学历;<br />
2，5年以上运营产品工作经验;<br />
3，有较为丰富运营产品（运营网站等）产品设计经验；,<br />
4，熟悉互联网行业,充分了解游戏运营领域,精通互联网产品或游戏运营领域的产品策划及运营;<br />
5，有完整策划相关产品的经验,组织过产品立项、设计、研发、推广应用及维护改进的整个过程;,<br />
6，有良好的人际理解能力和沟通协调技巧,有团队管理的经验。<br />
